IcrAprs50 is right. Bugatti was founded in 1909 in France by an Italian (Ettore Bugatti). Their Headquarters was in Molsheim, in the province of Alsace in France. Actually Molsheim was a part of germany until after the first world war wich ended in 1919. After that it was french. Try the research thing, for example; Wikipedia.
